THE BRAND.
. In addition to VIBE and VIXEN magazine, the brand also publishes books focusing on hip-hop culture.
This ties in with our chosen music genre as Hip-Hop can be seen as a development to New Jack Swing in some ways.
. Quincy Jones also introduced a television show entitled 'VIBE' which premiered in august 1997.
Like the target audience for our group, it attracted a young urban audiences, both male and female.
. VIBE also involves a website containing everything from news on the latest music releases / videos / artists and television shows / music award ceremonies, photographs and gossip on urban celebrities, a culture features section and also a blog for the target audience to respond and leave feedback about the magazine or any of its contents.
Our chosen audience will also be targeted by VIBE magazine and visit the website to find out more information and latest news /photographs surrounding our band.
Our viral campaign for auditionee's could have also appeared on the VIBE website as well as our own 'JADE' website to try and encourage more people from our target audience to audition.
